A mixed-use waterfront attraction called Marasi Business Bay is anticipated to have a positive impact on Dubai's tourism, leisure, and real estate industries. Marasi, created by Dubai Properties, is the largest waterfront promenade in the UAE, stretching 12 kilometers across the center of the city. The first exquisite water homes with two and three bedrooms will be available at this future landmark in the United Arab Emirates. The water dwellings will occupy an area of about 1,500 square feet.
