Majan is one of Dubai's newest communities in Dubailand, which covers around 15.6 million sq. ft of area. Majan is a self-sufficient community comprising 32% residential apartments, 24% commercial units and 44% retail and entertainment facilities. While still in progress, this community is said to become the downtown of Dubailand in the near future.
