Dubai South is an exciting master community that is currently being constructed near the location of Expo 2020. The community spans an enormous space of around 145 sq km and is divided into townhouses, villas, and apartment complexes, all centered around an elite golf course.

The infrastructure around Dubai South is being developed and will ensure that the area is well connected to the other districts in Dubai. It's just a few minutes away from Expo 2020 site and Maktoum International Airport. Palm Jebel Ali is also very close, as is Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah.
Dubai South is split into different districts and neighborhoods, the properties are developed by various developers. The exhibition site in Dubai South is being developed by the Dubai Government itself while Emaar South is a mega-development led by Emaar Properties. Certain apartments are built through Mag Property Development which is situated in the area in Mag 5 Boulevard (an area that houses the majority of homes located in Dubai South).
The Residential District of Dubai South covers an area of 6.7 million square. km. It is located close to some commercial areas in Dubai and directly adjacent to the World Expo 2020 site. The Residential District is made up of two distinct zones. The first one is The Villages which is composed of townhouses, villas, apartments, and other amenities for residential use. The other is The Pulse which is a self-sustaining community consisting of townhouses and apartments, hotels along with a mall, shopping center, and a boulevard that is planned.
