World’s tallest hotel to open in Dubai in 2024

In Dubai, Ciel, which is slated to be the tallest hotel in the world, is anticipated to open in the first quarter of 2024. The 82-story building will be the biggest and most complicated development The First Group has ever undertaken, according to the company's developers.

Additional information regarding the property's completion benchmarks was provided by the First Group. According to the report, the building's construction is now 99 percent finished, with the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), first and second fix work in the basement, podium floors, and story levels now 80 percent finished. According to reports, curtain wall installation has progressed to the 70th floor, and the installation of building façade brackets is finished up to the 72nd floor. As of right now, the installation of the convey system is 53% complete, and the steel trusses in the atrium have been fixed. The installation of wall partitions and plastering are both 97% complete, and the tiling project is 66% finished.

The hotel's main amenities, including its observation deck with views of Dubai's skyline, the Palm Jumeirah, and the Arabian Gulf on the 81st level and a rooftop infinity pool and bar that will be situated on the 76th floor, have been developed by The First Group's architectural partner, NORR.

The 300m-tall inner atrium of Ciel, which will have vertically stacked landscaped and naturally ventilated terraces, is another significant aspect of the building.

The developer is excited to add Ciel, a groundbreaking project that will redefine upmarket hospitality and highlight the best of the city, to Dubai's skyline. Despite the difficulties caused by the pandemic, considerable work is being made, and the facility will officially open in 2024 as planned.
